Shop Hacks by Farmers: When Hog Panel Beats Pegboard for Organizing
"Hog panel" is a type of wire fencing used for, you guessed it, hogs. Now that I'm living in farm country, I've learned that everyone down here (including us) has some of it lying around in a shed or outbuilding.
Here are some farmer hacks for putting hog panel to use in a shop, for organizing stuff:

Shop? I keep all my cordage and chains in the dundgeon.
They use a similar mesh to hold back rock in mining and it gets used as an industrial replacement for peg board in their garages too!
