The family-friendly Fritz's Railroad Restaurant in Kansas City is way ahead of the social distancing curve. Even prior to the pandemic, the restaurant's procedure was to order your food by telephone, and it was delivered not by a waiter, but by an overhead train and an open-air dumbwaiter:
