Great UX: This Dutch Design for an Electric Car Charging Solution

The Q-Reel is large-scale cable management with a nifty trick

I like the thoughtfulness of this design for a charging solution for electric vehicles. The Dutch-designed Q-Reel makes the process as easy, quick and clutter-free as possible:

In particular, the way the cable self-ejects and winds itself up when it's finished is a nice touch. If only everything that needed to be regularly plugged and unplugged worked like this! In terms of experiences being "magical," what I often want is for an object to appear when I need it and disappear when I don't.
