Asana is a team collaboration and project management tool that is easy for many to hop onto and use quickly. It should be noted that Asana is not a full-serve project management tool (although Asana can be customized so teams can manage projects using Kanban), but it is a great and simple interface for managing tasks and assigning directives to team members.
