Aromea is a tea bag that is a game changer when it comes to its user experience and the level of control one can have over his/her tea's taste. It is 100% biodegradable product as it is made from handmade paper/sheet. The whole mess and the unsatisfying taste from regular tea bag usage can now be forgotten.

At least 10% of tea extract is wasted with regular tea bags after use, as there is no way to extract flavor from the tea without making a mess. This also affects the taste of the tea, and the user has no control over this.One has to either wait for a long time to get the tea infused well or squeeze the tea bag, which are both annoying solutions.

Details

- Aromea has a two axis squeeze mechanism (vertical direction) done using the extended thread as a loop which squeezes the tea bag

- The second level of squeezing is done by bringing the V-Flap down and pressing it with your hands without even touching the tea bag

- Through this 2-level squeezing mechanism, one can get the exact taste of the tea that they want ( ex: strong tea- medium tea)

- Prototypes were made and tested successfully. The product is under patenting process as of now

- Aromea also has biodegradable packaging
