Epipi is a next generation EpiPen, designed to improve the experience of the user when manually injecting epinephrine into a sufferer of anaphylaxis.
This is a personal project, worked on solely by myself.
The current EpiPen is a product that has not seen a large scale redesign for many years. Some would argue that this is because 'it does its job perfectly', however I would argue against that statement. While the EpiPen has suitable functionally, it has plenty of issues that have not yet been resolved.
Epipi is designed to be as stripped down and as minimal as possible. The current EpiPen is overloaded with information—users can get confused during the injection process, which leads to issues such as incorrect injection and injecting the wrong person (i.e. themselves..), It is also overcomplicated and overpriced, with prices consistently rising.Epipi combats this by reducing visual clutter and replacing it with only the information that matters. It is an intuitive, functional, and user friendly alternative to current products.

Nice project. Too bad about the real product and it's douchebag owner Martin Scumbag, who increased the price of epipen from $100 to $600 after he bought hr company and did nothing with the product. He was blasted in public and in front of congress for it, its worth a read:
