Music lovers often feel as if they have to choose between protecting their ears and enjoying the full range of acoustics at a concert or club. But what if you could enjoy the full spectrum of sound at reduced decibel levels? EAROS believes you don’t have to sacrifice sound to protect hearing. That’s why we created a revolutionary in-ear protection solution that attenuates harmful levels of noise without distorting sound quality.

Founded in 2015 by Ronnie Madra, EAROS has been a labor of love. Launching both a physical product and mobile application EAROS product set are focused on hearing health.
Using high quality medical grade composite plastics instead
of traditional foam, EAROS One filters and reduces sound levels using its Patent
Pending SoundBore design. The full spectrum of sound passes through to
your inner ear but at reduced decibel levels, protecting your sensitive hearing
from accumulating damage and even hearing loss.
EAROS One is an in-ear hearing protection system with acoustical
filter technology. Its Patent Pending design uses a resonant sound bore that
carries audio to the inner ear for excellent sound fidelity, while the outer
body blocks and protects hearing damage caused by higher decibels.
Traditional foam earplugs muffle and distort sound quality. On the other hand,
EAROS is composed of a dense plastic that attenuates sound pressure waves and
noise levels while still allowing a full spectrum of sound frequencies to pass
through it.
Healthy hearing accompanied by the EAROS app
EAROS’ accompanying app works with your smartphone
to test the sound levels of your environment to see whether or not the sound
level is at a potentially damaging decibel level. This sound analysis
technology will let you know whether or not you need to use your EAROS to
protect your hearing. If needed, you can simply put in your EAROS and enjoy
fidelity of audio—without damaging your ears. The app will also let you know
how long you can stay in a venue while remaining safe for your hearing.
Why EAROS
EAROS was designed with music aficionados in mind—but its potential goes way beyond just that. EAROS can be used by any
professional working in a noise-heavy environment who wants to reduce external
noise levels without sacrificing their ability to hear and communicate with
others. EAROS can also be used at sporting events, arena events, theaters, city
living, band practices, parties, and other places where the noise level can
sometimes reach dangerously high decibels. Just use the smartphone app to confirm
and pop in your EAROS to protect your ears anywhere, anytime.

Hi Bradley,
Good point! The other ones are universal, and as such would probably not be as secure fitting in the ear as these. If the noise reduction level is 25Db or more, then I might have to give them a try.
There was a product exactly like this on "Shark Tank" last weekend. If anyone is interested, and doesn't want to wait for the Kickstarter campaign, then check out DiscoverVibes.com. I actually think theirs are a little more discreet, as well as cost less. No affiliation with the company. It was just fresh in my mind from the weekend.
