PLANE luxury luggage is made from discarded aircraft seating fabrics. These fabrics have travelled around the world, had good days and bad—they have seen it all. Our aim is to give them a new lease of life, a new purpose for a new journey.

Ben and Harry Tucker set out to recycle aircraft seat covers in a luxurious way. PLANE luxury luggage is hand-crafted with the deep cleansed, light, durable and stain-resistant reclaimed material. Married to tanned leather for additional strength, and solid brass fittings for solidity, the range consists of a Weekender, Messenger, Rucksack and cases for laptops, tablets and phones.

The rescued airline fabrics are lightweight, robust, flameproof and stain resistant; perfect for tough and frequent travel. PLANE is luggage built to last. With PLANE, we've created a range that is luxurious and indulgent but practical and prudent too. Instead of going to landfill or incineration, our material is thoroughly cleaned, rigorously tested and then reborn as luggage.

We love the romance of flight and the adventure of travel, but there's a cost beyond burnt aviation fuel. Every year, around 100,000 airplane seats are decommissioned. Each of those seats has been refit and recovered thousands of times.
