With Bookworm, one can truly be surrounded by one's favorite books. A single piece of furniture that combines a chair and bookshelf in one, Bookworm is not just a mash-up of two functional objects—it's sweeping lines and bold color scheme make it a focal point in any space.

The piece emerges from the idea of creating a cocoon for avid readers. The lower half of the curve creates an ergonomic reading chair. From the top of the bookshelf a single light bulb hangs to provide the reader with a direct overhead light source.

In the three years since we've launched Bookworm, we've been focused on improving the quality and production process involved in creating this sculptural piece of furniture. By making small alterations to our process, we are now able to offer two distinct finishes which can be customized for each client. The BOOKWORM COLOR offers a wide range of colors applied through a high-pressure laminate, creating a vibrant and scratch-resistant finish ideal for a family home or public spaces. The BOOKWORM CLASSY is finished with a wood veneer for a more streamlined, elegant version.
