Jell-O's big adventure immediately brought dinosaurs to mind for Brooklyn designer Steph Mantis. In keeping with the adventure theme while at the same time considering the physical properties of Jell-O, a volcano presented itself as a perfect setting for said dinosaurs. Jell-O flavors included cilantro-lime, spicy orange blackberry, coconut, berry blue, orange, coconut-strawberry, and chocolate-coffee.

Limited only by the structural integrity of gelatine and their imagination, designers battled out the third annual Jell-O Mold Competition with Jell-O dogs, floating dentures, Walt Disney's head, and edible taxidermy in Brooklyn, New York.
