Then there's Chen's human-powered hydrofoil, the AquaSkipper, from way back in '06:Now Chen is at it again with the Hovertrax, an incredibly small two-wheeled device designed to be even easier to ride than the Solowheel.
Though there's still a month and a half left to pledge, the Hovertrax has already been successfully Kickstarted. While it's expected to retail for a cool grand when it launches in September, Kickstarter pledgers can get in for $695.
