Sara Ferrari has designed XCIX_Y, a bracelet with 99 configurations, one for every age (unless you live especially long). Each decade, recognized as an important step in life, is represented by a wooden decagon with a roman numeral carved in it. The years, on the other hand, are lighter, indicated by translucent plexiglass engraved with rings that corresponding to a number between one and nine.
We love the idea that a bracelet can have many configurations to represent different phases in a person's life, but shouldn't the components be more radically different in form, scale, and weight? As is, it's hard to tell the difference between 22 and 32, though, on second thought, you might not want to highlight that....
