  First off, you cant cut yourself on a diamond wire saw. I have one, and you can touch the blade while it's moving. Second, it has a carriage like any other saw, so the surface will stay pretty. Third, you've got to be a retard not to be able to change a blade (on any saw). Last, it IS a diamond band saw, just not traditional. You guys probably all watch the DIY network, huh.

  hmm. makeup on a pig.
  good luck getting straight clean cuts. ring saws lack the power/rigidity of traditional tile saws. plus the blades are expensive, fairly easy to break, wierd to change. i'll take my MK anyday (that rhymes)
  there are better ways to cut curves (i.e. diamond band saw/wire saw).
  on the upside, it will look nice from the time you take it out of the box till you take your first cut.
