I'm aware that Apple gets bandied about as a design reference rather liberally these days, but I will say that if the team at Cupertino designed DJ tables, they would probably look like these.
Designer David Kornmann's Hoerboard "DJ Workstations" cleanly hide every wire, cable and connection within their CNC-cut MDF surfaces, providing a clutter-free mixing experience. Things you don't need to see (like the body of the CD player) are also concealed. Even the screws used to mount the acrylic laptop stand are hidden away, so the only obvious joints will be the ones you're spinning.
