Back in my (pre-dotcom-boom) design school days, when assigned the task of working up inspiration boards, the class often let out a collective groan because we knew what it meant: Trekking out to one of the big magazine shops in Manhattan and shelling out at least $100 for a stack of design magazines that we'd then go at with scissors. And every dollar you spent on Domus or Abitare meant another pizza dinner with no toppings.
Nowadays you punks got it easy--you can just log onto a website like Bernhardt Design's new one and click through tons of furniture pieces for free. The site's navigation is annoyingly text-based and fugazi, but drill down with some patience and you'll get to the thumbnail meat. (The shot up above is just one half of the offerings in Products --> Seating --> Lounge.)
