Designers celebrating mistakes

"Celebrating Mistakes" is a design object with a critical twist on the regular HB pencil, by creative duo Matt Robinson and Tom Wrigglesworth, also noted for their electro-chic spot for Hewlett Packard,"HP-invent".

Staring at a blank page can be the most difficult part of any form of creative work but, as was once said - don't get it right, get it written. By playing with the proportions of a regular pencil, this object is intended to question the design community's obsession with perfection and encourages creatives to experiment, make mistakes and fail fast - learning in the process.
