As a successful strategic creative agency, designaffairs has been serving the Asian market for more than 10 years -- now our customers expect us to be more present in the country. For this exciting and multi-faceted challenge, we are looking for an Executive Director to represent our strategic objectives and the brand designaffairs in Shanghai.

You will organize the new office in cooperation with the managing partners and coordinate the set-up of an international team, you will be involved in the definition of the strategic objectives, assume the budgetary control, and take charge of the continuous advancement of established processes in terms of a consistent market orientation. You will collaborate with the managing partners and your co-workers in Munich on a basis of mutual trust, taking the at times different spheres of knowledge into account. You are a sales talent, represent European culture and like to comprehensibly present even complex methods. You should be willing to explore the Chinese culture and to learn the language. The position furthermore requires a willingness to travel and flexibility.
